
Statewide Recruitment Day 2018
Are you ready to “Step Up And Stand Out?” Then join the Burtonsville Volunteer Fire Department (BVFD) as we host the Maryland State Firemen’s Association’s (MSFA) Recruitment Day 2018. The annual statewide volunteer fire/EMS service recruitment day takes place on Sunday, April 15th from 12pm-4pm.
Who should attend?
This event is open to all prospective firefighters or emergency medical technicians’ applicants who would like the opportunity to become a valuable asset to the community as first responders.
Why attend?
Those who attend will have the opportunity to visit with volunteer firefighters and EMT’s from the Burtonsville Volunteer Fire Department. In addition to meeting with our volunteer recruiter, the station’s Chief and representatives from various Maryland professional fire organizations will be in attendance.

Burtonsville VFD volunteer members will be available for Question and Answer Sessions about:

• Live-In Program
