At 1030PM on February 9th, T715 was alerted along with surrounding units, mutual aid to Prince George’s County for the possible shed fire in the 7700 block of Brooklyn Bridge Rd. in Laurel. Enroute, additional reports were received of a working barn fire and the assignment was upgraded. T715 was the first arriving piece of apparatus and positioned at the end of the driveway to prepared for potential ladder pipe operations. Units made quick work of the fire utilizing handlines and cleared in a little over an hour.
