The Ford chassis is a C8000 with a Caterpillar 3208 – 8 cylinder diesel engine, making 250 horsepower, backed by an Allison MT643 – 4 Speed Automatic transmission. Vehicle miles are approximately 25,000 original miles. The vehicle DOES NOT have any auxiliary brake devices.
The vehicle came from the rural town of Queenstown, MD. The BVFD is the second owner.
The vehicle has a 12kW Onan Diesel generator with remote start on the cab.
Vehicle was recently serviced by the Middleton and Meades Corporation. Vehicle runs and drives nicely, engine and generator both start without hesitation.
The vehicle has never ben rehabbed.
