At 10:30 AM on November 5th, 2014, Company 15 units were alerted for the personal injury collision in the area of Briggs Chaney Rd and Castle Blvd. Paramedic Engine 715 arrived with Ambulance 715 to find a two vehicle accident with one patient trapped in a vehicle. The call had been upgraded as units went enroute. Rescue Squad 715 arrived and removed the driver’s side of the vehicle to extricate the patient.
