
First Due Townhouse Fire Starts Off Busy Night 6/26/14
At 2100 hours on June 26th, Company 15 was alerted along with surrounding units to the report of a house on fire at 13006 Conductor Way in the first due. Units arrived to find a three story, middle of the row, “Piggyback”style townhouse with smoke showing from the first floor. PE715 stretched the initial attack line to extinguish the fire found on the first floor. T715 assisted with locating the fire, opening up, laddering the structure, and ventilation while RS715 performed searches and controlled utilities.
While units were tied up with this incident; M715, A715, and transfer units operated on multiple other calls including a serious collision at the intersection of Columbia Pike and Fairland Rd.
