![]() Laurel Condo Fire
February 15th, 2004 Truck 15 and Rescue Squad 15 were dispatched to assist at the scene of this condominium fire at 1753 hours. The fire occurred in the 14000 block of Briston Street in Laurel. The Laurel volunteers arrived to find heavy fire showing from an end unit garage. A second alarm was requested followed by a task force (2 engines and a truck), and then a request for the balance of the third alarm. Engine 151 was dispatched on the task force. The fire damaged six units and displaced a number of residents. Burtonsville units operated at the scene for some time. Battalion Chief 115 also responded on this incident.
